President and CEO
Andrew joined Integra Partners in 2011 as President, CEO and board member. Prior to joining Integra, Andrew was the managing partner of Duane Street Capital, a private investment firm. He has also held roles at Vestar Capital Partners and Goldman Sachs, & Co. Andrew has been successfully involved with numerous entrepreneurial growth companies, including Bonobos, New Media Learning, Second Time Around and Axial Markets. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
Chief Financial Officer
Dominic joined Integra Partners in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Integra, Dominic was Vice President of Finance for American Express where he held several roles of increasing responsibility. He has also Co-Founded an Information Services Start-Up CB Insights and held roles at AIG, Nexant and ABB. Dominic holds a Bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College and an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
Diallo S. Powell
Chief Information & Product Officer
Diallo joined Integra Partners in 2016 as Chief Information Officer. He began his career in the New York City offices of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young’s ADC (Advanced Development Center) and Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice. He was part of the founding team that launched Freelancers Insurance Company (FIC) in 2007 where he led software and platform development and assumed the role of CIO. In 2011, as GM he led the development of a business plan for the sponsoring organization that received a $340M funding award from the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services to build three new health insurance companies. Diallo oversaw the incubation and launch of the three startup health insurance companies on the exchanges created under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), expanding access to affordable healthcare for hundreds of thousands of people. Most recently, Diallo co-founded Zipari, where he focused on strategic development and go-to-market tactics for the Brooklyn-based health tech startup. Diallo holds a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
Vice President of Talent
Lisa joined Integra Partners in 2014. Prior to joining Integra, Lisa ran talent acquisition for GLG, a global professional services firm. Additionally, Lisa has worked in sales, operations, management and human resources at two of the world’s most respected brands: Enterprise Rent-a-Car and FedEx. During her 10 years with FedEx she was a President’s Club Global Corporate Account Executive and a leader in their Talent and Development department. She also was the VP of People Solutions at FSG, a staffing and outsourcing firm. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Buffalo.
Senior Director of Managed Care Solutions
Scott joined Integra Partners in 2012. Originally a member of the Network Development team, Scott has grown through that position and Business Development to his current role as Director of Payor Relations. Prior to joining Integra, Scott finished at the top of his Management Development Program at PoolCorp and was responsible for Business Development at Horizon Distributors, a subsidiary of PoolCorp. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University.
Vice President of Managed Care Solutions
Rob joined Integra Partners in 2016. Prior to joining Integra, Rob was the Senior Vice-President of Payer Solutions at Medline Industries. Rob’s primary responsibilities include national and regional payer contract negotiations, payer relationships, and program development for Medline’s product lines as they relate to managed care plans. Prior to that, Rob was Co-Founder of Medical Spend Management who created a Group Purchasing Organization geared towards payers and how to effectively purchase and mange medical device and product cost. Rob’s payer experience comes from his 20 years at Aetna (by way of U.S. Healthcare). Rob was responsible for managing over $2 Billion in spend and is credited with creating many new programs at Aetna that helped the company reduce its medical cost expense substantially over the years.
VP Customer Experience
Charles joined Integra in 2016. He brings with him extensive experience in Customer Care, Sales and Call Center Operations in the Telecommunications and Healthcare Service verticals. Prior to joining Integra, Charles worked for organizations such as Comcast, Time Warner Cable, AMC Health and most recently GE Healthcare, managing operations with up to 1,200 employees handling 22 million calls annually. Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree from Long Island University and an MPS from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
