Andrew Saltoun

Andrew SaltounPresident and CEO
Andrew joined Integra Partners in 2011 as President, CEO and board member. Prior to joining Integra, Andrew was the managing partner of Duane Street Capital, a private investment firm. He has also held roles at Vestar Capital Partners and Goldman Sachs, & Co. Andrew has been successfully involved with numerous entrepreneurial growth companies, including Bonobos, New Media Learning, Second Time Around and Axial Markets. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

 

Victor Cohen

Victor joined Integra Partners in 2011. Prior to joining Integra, Victor was a private equity investor with Vestar Capital Partners and Capital Z. Before working in private equity, he was responsible for corporate development/M&A with Assurant Inc., a leading specialty insurance company and was an analyst with JP Morgan. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

 

Bianca Flikweert

Bianca joined Integra Partners in 2012 after a successful sales management career at Breg, one of the country’s leading orthopedic-bracing manufacturers. Her experiences in the orthopedic market range from field representation to territory management to directorship. Prior to Breg, Bianca enjoyed many years of media-industry sales. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Hogeschool Diedenoort in the Netherlands.

 

David Gershaw

David joined Integra Partners in 2012. Prior to joining Integra, David was a director of enrollment, billing, broker service, and claims at Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. He has held leadership roles at MagnaCare, EmblemHealth, and ADP. David has led the transformation of service centers into more consumer-centric and cost effective delivery systems, with a specific focus on claims processing and customer service. David is a licensed health insurance producer and has a degree in business administration from Fulton Montgomery Community College.

 

Summer Barghouti

Summer joined Integra Partners in 2014. Prior to joining, Summer was an equity analyst at New Amsterdam Partners, a long-only asset management fund, where she researched healthcare companies. Before New Amsterdam Partners, Summer was the founding Operations Manager at DC Preparatory Academy, a charter school in Washington DC, where she was responsible for many of the day-to-day functions of the school including HR, purchasing, accounting, student records and facility maintenance. Summer received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and her MBA from Stanford University.

 

Rich McMullen

Vice President Finance
Rich joined Integra Partners in 2013. Rich brings over a decade of technical and operational accounting experience with companies in an array of industries. Prior to joining Integra, Rich was the vice president of finance at Wilhelmina Models. Rich is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA from IE Business School.

Connie Burt

Vice President Payor Relations
Connie joined Integra Partners in 2014. Prior to joining Integra, Connie has served in numerous leadership roles as a managed care business development and sales professional. Throughout her 25 year career, she has held positions with Apria Healthcare as National Account Manager, CareCentrix as Area Vice President of Managed Care Sales and Symbius Medical where she served as the Director of National Managed Care Business Development. Connie is a Registered Nurse with a degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University.

Yvonne “Bonnie” Cordoza

Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management
Bonnie joined Integra Partners in 2014. Prior to joining Integra, Bonnie spent 11 years at Pacific Pulmonary Services (PPS), most recently as a Senior Vice President. Throughout her tenure at PPS, Bonnie held leadership roles in the areas of reimbursement, customer care and field sales. Prior to PPS, Bonnie worked at Valley Oxygen & Medical Equipment as Director of Billing. Bonnie holds a degree from the University of Phoenix.

Lisa Gorke

Lisa-GorkeVice President of Talent
Lisa joined Integra Partners in 2014. Prior to joining Integra, Lisa ran talent acquisition for GLG, a global professional services firm. Additionally, Lisa has worked in sales, operations, management and human resources at two of the world’s most respected brands: Enterprise Rent-a-Car and FedEx. During her 10 years with FedEx she was a President’s Club Global Corporate Account Executive and a leader in their Talent and Development department. She also was the VP of People Solutions at FSG, a staffing and outsourcing firm. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Buffalo.

 

Mark Dixon

Mark DixonChief Technology Officer
Mark joined Integra Partners in 2014 as chief technology officer. Mark has over 25 years experience in management consulting, information technology operations and large-scale project management, across a wide range of industries and organizations. Mark  previously worked at Accenture and served clients in the utilities, financial services, health care and insurance industries. After Accenture, Mark worked for Cigna and ConnectiCare/Emblem  with responsibility for employer service, claim system technology, eBusiness development, operations and program management.  Mark is a graduate of University of London.

David Florman

Co-Director Northeast Payor Relations
David brings more than 30 years of broad professional experience in healthcare. He has held senior positions with community hospitals and key academic medical centers, as well as leadership roles in the payer/insurance community with organizations such as Aetna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare. David earned his MBA in Healthcare Administration from the Baruch College/Mount Sinai School of Medicine Graduate Program and holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.

Arnold Tannen

Co-Director Northeast Payor Relations
Arnie offers nearly 40 years of operating experience from hospital administration to work in managed care. Arnie has held senior positions with organizations such as Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Aetna, and Horizon Healthcare. Arnie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Long Island University.

Scott Brennan

Scott joined Integra Partners in 2012.  Originally a member of the Network Development team, Scott has grown through that position and Business Development to his current role as Director of Payor Relations. Prior to joining Integra, Scott finished at the top of his Management Development Program at PoolCorp and was responsible for Business Development at Horizon Distributors, a subsidiary of PoolCorp. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University.

 

Darin Fiorendino

Darin joined Integra Partners in 2014. Darin has been in the Customer Service business for over 20 years spanning multiple industries, products, and services including his own mortgage business. He spent thirteen of those years as a Director overseeing three different calls centers ranging in size from 50 – 450 employees. Darin has a degree from Somerset County Technical Institute in Architecture & Construction Technology.
