The Process

Integra providers spend less time contracting with health plans and processing claims, and more time seeing and helping patients. Integra helps increase the profitability of DMEPOS providers by reducing the administrative burden of running a business and increasing provider’s time with patients. We contract with health plans directly so that our providers can focus on patient care.

After seeing a patient, Integra providers utilize our practice management software to create an electronic claim. A claim is then submitted electronically to a payor for reimbursement.

If a payment is delayed, partially paid or denied, then Integra’s team of claims resolution specialists will investigate and work with providers, in real-time, to ensure fast and complete payment of claims.
