Eric Tosky: Integra Partners means never having to say you're sorry to a doctor, that a particular patient cannot be seen because you don't have that particular contract, and that is the conversation that doctors want to have with you least. They don't want to hear that every third patient is somehow a problem for you. Usually, from the time that a claim is put in, I sometimes am paid in three and four weeks from the time that the claim was processed. As far as partial payments which are famous within the insurance industry, Integra goes after those delinquent payments in a much more aggressive way that I do for my other claims. So sometimes I'm getting payments from Integra for insurance company problems six, eight months later, meaning that Integra's been working on those issues with these insurance companies for six or eight months. Sometimes, we write those off for our other insurance contracts.

And what's great about them is that whether it's a partial payment, or a late payment, they have a great line of communication and they let you know very quickly if there's anything they need or if there's any problems. So that's very important because it's a valuable resource.

Peter Gromul: We collect an average of about 45 days. Integra makes it very efficient and fairly fast for us to collect on a variety of claims. And definitely saves overhead as far as Accounts Receivable is concerned.

Neil Bergman: I trust the network totally. I get payments consistently, in a timely manner. And they fight for me when there are denials, occasional denials, and partial payments.

Herschel Sauber: Integra's independence was critical, especially in deciding whether I should join or not. There were other networks out there, and they were all owned by competitors who had their own O&P shops. I don't know if I would have joined had it not been that way.

Neil Bergman: Being independent, having the higher ups and Integra Partners not being providers in the O&P profession is a big thing. When a call comes into Integra Partners and a patient is looking for a provider, they're told to go to somebody that's closest to them, that's most convenient. Not being a provider and being the President or Vice-President of a network means you will not cherry-pick and keep all the good referrals for yourself.

Tim Mollenhauer: We really do make a difference in people's lives. From putting a pediatric patient in a wheelchair or putting a knee brace on a patient after surgery, it gives them comfort and gives them ability to recover. So that's very rewarding.

Integra having 35 health plans basically means that that's a lot of health plans that I don't have and so I'm able to bill now. Before I couldn't even take those patients. The referral source would call and say they have a certain insurance company, and I would say, "I'm sorry. We can't take it because we don't have the contract." Now we don't have to say no. We can basically say, "We'll take the patient" and service the patient and bill through Integra. I get letters saying that the market is saturated, and there are no more vendors being selected. So panels are closed with most of the larger insurance companies and to get a contract is nearly impossible.

Integra Partners as a network is the quickest payer that I have ever dealt with. I've dealt with other networks in the past. They view the payments that come into their network somehow as their money which they then dole out to you months and months and months after they receive it. That has never been the case with Integra Partners. They have always paid very, very quickly. As soon as they get the money in from the insurance company, there's a short period of processing and then the payment comes out and they are regular and they are like clockwork. Every week you know that you're going to be receiving your Integra check, and that's very, very important to my business and to my cash flow.

Integra helps me to compete against Hanger. Hanger boasts that they have every contract under the sun and, in fact, they do, but through my membership in Integra I do also and as a small to mid-size company that is priceless really. I would recommend Integra to companies like my own and even companies that are somewhat larger than my own. I have actually recommended Integra to all of my friends who are in the business, and many of them have enjoyed the benefits of membership in Integra.
